The Extension Jack is a mono Jack, this means only one trigger is connected to it.

It is used with Drums, when the drummer does not want to drill hole in his or her drum shell.

Some drummers just cut a small round hole in the bottom and front drum head to connect the cords

and others just leave the bottom and front head off.

1/4" guitar cords are used.
